Reloj de tiempo real con interfaz paralelo, SRAM TIMEKEEPER®, STMicroelectronics
Los cronometradores combinan una SRAM con hasta 256 Kbytes de memoria y una interfaz con una amplitud de un byte, junto con un oscilador de cuarzo de muy baja potencia con un circuito de reloj/calendario para proporcionar datos en tiempo real. Los encapsulados integran la batería y el cristal.
